We know the term gets used loosely, so here’s what it actually means at our café. Our kitchen does not use pork or alcohol in any of our dishes. All proteins are halal-certified. Our menu is designed with our Muslim, South Asian, and Middle Eastern communities of Greater Toronto Area and Durham in mind.
That means you can come in with family, order freely from the menu, and not spend the meal scanning ingredient lists. It also means our café is genuinely welcoming — not an afterthought.
The Petit Delights All-Day Brunch Menu
Unlike most brunch spots that flip to a lunch or dinner menu after noon, Petit Delights serves brunch all day at both locations. Here’s what our regulars can’t stop ordering:
Shakshuka
Our shakshuka is a labour of love — slow-cooked spiced tomato sauce with perfectly poached eggs, finished with crumbled feta and served with warm toasted bread for dipping. It’s rich, comforting, and the kind of dish that makes tables around you ask the server ‘what’s that?’
Turkish Brunch Board
A full spread built for sharing: warm bread, hummus, olives, seasonal dips, fresh vegetables, and an assortment of accompaniments. It’s the centrepiece dish at Petit Delights and one of the most photographed items on the table. Perfect for weekend family brunches or a leisurely catch-up with friends.
Faloodeh
You won’t find Faloodeh on most brunch menus in the GTA. Ours is made with rose water, rainbow jelly, basil seeds, and vanilla ice cream — topped with a milk pour that makes it look as beautiful as it tastes. It’s become one of the most talked-about drinks in Scarborough, full stop.
Avocado Toast
Our version does not cut corners. It’s the avocado toast you take a picture of before eating.
Loaded Bagel
Bagel loaded with cream cheese, smoked salmon, avocado, and pickled onion. A proper brunch classic, made properly.
Specialty Drinks
Matcha lattes (hot or iced, with oat milk or almond milk available), bubble tea, specialty frappes, and more. Our drinks menu is as thoughtfully built as our food menu .
